Your username is used to log into your account once it is finished being created. It should be at least 6 characters and will have to be unique so be creative.

Your real name, phone and email are required to make sure that we can get in touch with you regarding any details for a booking.

Your displayname is what will be shown publicly as your listings title so you may want something like your business name. This should be unique as well.

Your password should be at least 6 alpha - numeric characters and must match the verify field.

Description is where you can enter anything you would like to display in the content area of your listing describing yourself, experience and skills.

Your address, city and state are used to give viewers the ability to search by location.

If you have your own website you are encouraged to supply the url so it is linked from our website. This allows our viewers to get further background and information regarding you and your services. If you do not have a website and would like to we offer choice hosting for bands, artists and photographers specifically at a very competetive rate. Contact us for more details.

When you submit this form you will recieve an email to complete your registration. You may then log into the website but your listing will not become active until it has been authorized. Once your listing becomes active you will be able to edit all aspects of your listing following the guidlines of our website defined in the Disclosure Policy.
